Welcome! Starting therapy can often be an uncertain process, and my goal is to make this process as worthwhile as possible. I am focused on providing an empathetic and compassionate therapeutic space that allows you to share difficult experiences with an understanding that I will not judge you based on your actions or experiences. We are all individuals with unique lives that present different challenges and I am here to assist you in navigating those challenges.
I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and work to support clients in becoming their authentic selves. In addition, I provide clients with tools and coping skills to best guide them through any unique situations that may come with being a member of the LGBTQ+ community. We live in a world that may or may not understand our experiences and so I aim to provide an understanding and supportive space where you feel seen.
Previously I worked as an outpatient mental health clinician serving a range of clients with differing needs. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and psychosis. Additionally, I have worked with individuals experiencing grief, trauma, intimate partner violence, and addiction.
I am currently a graduate student at UCLA studying social welfare with a concentration in mental health. I integrate a range of differing therapeutic modalities in my practice and curate a unique plan based on your needs. I believe every client has a unique experience and circumstance that requires specialized and targeted treatment. I use elements of CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions to best support you in achieving your goals and to provide you with the best therapeutic experience.

I am delighted to begin my journey as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) / Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC) trainee. My dedication to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges is deeply rooted in my belief that everyone deserves a supportive space for growth and healing.
I bring a warm and empathetic approach to my work, aiming to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of collaboration, and I'm here to support you in achieving your personal and relational goals.
Throughout my training, I've had the privilege of learning from experienced professionals and gaining valuable insights into the complexities of human relationships. I'm dedicated to staying informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and approaches to provide you with the best care possible!
My areas of interest include communication enhancement, career stress, relationship building, cultural sensitivity, and helping individuals manage stress and anxiety. I believe that every individual and relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.
